Exploring the Last Three Months with Terracrua Design: A Journey of Projects and Discoveries
Over the past three months, the Terracrua Design team has been on an intense and inspiring journey, from our recent trip to Angola to the remotest parts of Portugal. During this time, we’ve completed several ambitious projects, discovered new horizons, and furthered our mission to promote regenerative agricultural practices and resilient communities.
Projects delivered:

KPA: A challenging project covering 384 hectares of cattle and cereal operations in Keyline, Oklahoma. We employed innovative techniques to enhance land productivity and management while ensuring environmental and economic regeneration.

Fazenda Sofia: With 800 hectares dedicated to coffee operations in Gabela, Angola, Fazenda Sofia marks a significant milestone in our journey. We worked tirelessly to create an environment conducive to coffee cultivation, contributing to the region’s economic development.

Herdade da Lavareja: This ambitious project involved creating a self-sufficient community on 80 hectares in Odemira. We implemented integrated food and energy production systems, promoting self-sufficiency and regeneration.

Monte Branco da Anta: In Grândola, we developed a 40-hectare farm-to-table ecotourism project. This venture offers visitors a unique experience, connecting them with nature and local cuisine in a regenerative way.
Projects in implementation at the moment:

- Colossus Forest Park in Colos: Currently, we’re working on creating a regenerative forest park in Colos. This year, the roads framework is installed, as some of the small earthworks for water. Later this year the first plantations of hedges start.

- Quinta da Guarita in Brotas: Another ongoing project is Quinta da Guarita in Brotas. We’re implementing roads and ponds, laying the groundwork for this equestrian ecotourism project.

- Cucumbi in Alcácer do Sal: Progress continues as we implement the structure of this farm and farm-to-table hotel. More hedges, gardens, keylines, and restoration of pond edges are underway.
We’re very excited about the progress of these projects and committed to ensuring these projects are successfully implemented, contributing to sustainable community and environmental regeneration.
Strengthening Partnerships
Over the past few months, we’ve strengthened partnerships with key organizations:
- African Drone Solutions: Collaborating in Angola for topographical surveying.
- RAMO: Working together to develop carbon offset programs.
- Agrilandscape: Deepening our collaboration to create regenerative agricultural environments and healthy ecosystems.
These partnerships are crucial to our success and enable us to offer comprehensive solutions to our clients.
Technical Visits and Learning
We’ve been exploring new opportunities and regions, conducting potential reports for properties in areas such as Guarda, Marvão, Seia, and Portimão. These visits are one of ur most popular service, and the initial step for any project development to happen.
After a meticulous technical visit to your property, our seasoned consultants provide a detailed report outlining the current conditions and proposing effective solutions. This comprehensive report is presented in a user-friendly pdf, supported by maps.
