Today, Miguel Clemente and Nuno Mamede Santos, embarked on their inaugural project visit to this picturesque property in the Meco region. This coastal property, enveloped by lush vegetation and offering breathtaking views, holds great promise for the future.

Spanning approximately 10 hectares, the property presents notable challenges with its steep slopes and prevalent erosion in various areas.

Unfortunately, the existing structures, including access points and fences, have fallen into disrepair, exacerbating the erosion issues at hand.

The primary objective is to establish a small yet enchanting tourist destination, capitalizing on the surrounding natural beauty that is truly awe-inspiring.

During this visit, meticulous assessments were conducted using standart printed maps and advanced GPS technology to evaluate the initial drafts of the water structural proposal and the access network.

Terracrua Design remains steadfast in its commitment to developing a water structural proposal that not only upholds but also enhances the integrity of the surrounding environment. Leveraging our expertise in regenerative and keyline design and the precision of our GPS tools, we are confident in our ability to transform this property into an exceptional tourist destination while regenerating its magnificent natural surroundings.

Our team is eagerly dedicated to realizing the promoter’s vision, and we eagerly anticipate the opportunity to bring this project to fruition, knowing that it will undoubtedly captivate the discerning followers of Terracrua Design.
