Looking for inspiration to create your own self-sufficient paradise? Look no further than our recent technical visit to a sprawling 100-hectare property in the beautiful Vendas Novas area. The family behind this project is working to achieve food self-sufficiency and sovereignty, and we were honored to be a part of this exciting endeavor.
During our visit, we explored the land, brainstormed ideas, and discussed how to implement regenerative design principles to create a thriving ecosystem that provides for the family’s needs while also regenerating the natural environment.
From creating a biodiverse food forest to developing water management systems and designing efficient infrastructure, we delved into every aspect of the project to ensure a sustainable and holistic approach.
